At H3R Performance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all H3R Performance tags and labels are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
